Blondies con chips de chocolate y nueces
Ingredientes
9 cucharadas o 1 barrita de mantequilla sin sal
½ taza de azúcar morena
1/3 taza de azúcar blanca granulada
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
1 taza de harina
1 cucharadita de sal
1 taza de chips de chocolate
1 taza de nueces partidas
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA el horno a 350ºC.
Paso 2: ESPARCE mantequilla sobre el molde donde vas a preparar los blondies y cúbrelo con papel parafinado dejando 2 centímetros a los lados. Engrasa el papel.
Paso 3: MEZCLA la mantequilla y el azúcar y bate hasta suavizar, agrega el huevo y la vainilla, luego los ingredientes secos: la harina y la sal. Mezcla hasta formar una preparación homogénea.
Paso 4: AGREGA ½ taza de chips de chocolate y ½ taza de las nueces partidas y mezcla. Vierte sobre el molde y espolvorea los chips de chocolate y las nueces restantes.
Paso 5: HORNEA por 40 ó 45 minutos a 180°C o hasta que la parte de encima esté dorada o cuando al insertar un palillo de dientes en la mitad éste salga limpio. Retira del molde, una vez esté frío, ayudándote con los bordes del papel parafinado.
