Cheesecake de agráz dietético
Ingredientes
400 gr de queso crema
400 gr de crema de leche
155 gr de leche líquida
73 73 gr de leche en polvo
32 gr de endulzante Sweet Health
140 gr de agente de relleno para repostería
15 gr de gelatina sin sabor
105 ml de agua
170 gr de galletas dietéticas para base
60 gr de mantequilla para base
C/N salsa de agraz dietética
Preparación
Paso 1: MUELE las galletas dietéticas y mézclalas con la mantequilla derretida hasta formar una pasta. Forra con ellas la base del molde.
Paso 2: HIDRATA la gelatina sin sabor en los 105 ml de agua fría. Reserva. BATE en un tazón la leche líquida, la leche en polvo, el endulzante y el agente de relleno hasta integrar muy bien los ingredientes. Adiciona el queso crema y luego la crema de leche.
Paso 3: CALIENTA la gelatina sin sabor hidratada en el microondas y adiciónala a la mezcla anterior.
Paso 4: VIERTE la mezcla sobre la base de galletas y lleva a refrigeración.
Paso 5: ADICIONA la salsa de agráz en el momento de servir.
