Empanadas horneadas
Ingredientes
PARA LA MESA:
3 tazas de harina de trigo sin polvo de hornear
1 cerveza
200 ml de agua tibia
3 cucharadas de levadura seca
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de sal marina
1 cucharada de panela rallada
PARA EL RELLENO:
Fríjoles refritos
Aceite de oliva
Trozos de chicharrón fritos, marinados en aguardiente, vinagre blanco y sal
Arroz blanco
Preparación
Paso 1: PARA LA MASA:
Paso 2: MEZCLA todos los ingredientes secos agrega después la cerveza y el agua y bate.
Paso 3: DEJA reposar por 2 horas para que suba la masa, luego lleva a la nevera (cubre con papel film) de un día para otro.
Paso 4: ESTIRA la masa con un rodillo antes de armar las empanadas.
Paso 5: PARA EL RELLENO:
Paso 6: CALIENTA los fríjoles en una sartén con aceite de oliva, asegurándote de macerarlos todos para que no queden los granos enteros. Mezcla con los chicharrones, un poco de queso parmesano y revuelve. Añade arroz.
Paso 7: ARMA las empanadas cortando círculos de masa y ubicando en el centro un poco del relleno. Cierra ayudándote de un tenedor.
