Pollo en crispy de especias
Ingredientes
400 gr de pollo cortado en julianas gruesas
100 gr de premezcla para apanar diluida en
1/2 taza de agua
80 cc de vino blanco
2 gr de comino
2 gr de páprika
2 gr de cúrcuma
3 gr de ajo en polvo
2 gr de nuez moscada
Sal, cantidad necesaria
Pimienta, cantidad necesaria
Preparación
Paso 1: MARINA el pollo cortado en julianas gruesas con el vino blanco.
Paso 2: PREMEZCLA la páprika, la cúrcuma, el ajo en polvo, la nuez moscada, el comino, la sal y la pimienta.
Paso 3: PASA el pollo por la mezcla anterior.
Paso 4: LLEVA a alta fritura en el aceite y retíralo cuando esté dorado. Escurre en un papel absorbente para que quede más crocante y evitar caída del rebozado.
Nota: La mezcla se puede realizar con las especias de su gusto.
