Sopa de tomates rostizados y ahumados en leche de coco
Ingredientes
Tomates larga vida
Dientes de ajo pelados
Tomates rostizados en lata
Ramas de albahaca fresca
Aceite de oliva
Humo líquido
Tomillo fresco
Leche de coco
Sal
Pimienta
Preparación
Paso 1: HAZ un corte en cruz en la parte inferior de los tomates, espolvorea por encima sal y pimienta y adiciona aceite de oliva. Ubica a los lados ajos y lleva al horno.
Paso 2: RETIRA la cáscara del tomate y pártelo en cascos. Mézclalos con los tomates enlatados y un poco de mantequilla y lleva al fuego. Adiciona ramas de albahaca enteras y tomillo (luego debes a retirarlas) y la salsa de humo.
Paso 3: LICÚA la sopa y cuélala, llévala nuevamente al fuego, adiciona sal y pimienta y cuando ebulla agrega la leche de coco.
