Burrito de cerdo y pollo
Ingredientes
4 tortillas de harina
1 lechuga batavia
3 tomates
2 cebollas moradas
8 tajadas de queso mozzarella
100 ml de crema de leche
1 pechuga de pollo
2 libras de carne de cerdo
1 cucharadita de achiote
3 aguacates
2 cucharadas de vinagre
Sal y pimienta
4 cucharadas de mayonesa
1 quesito pequeño
3 dientes de ajo
Preparación
Paso 1: PARA EL POLLO:
Paso 2: COCÍNALO con cebolla, ajo, sal y pimienta, reserva y desmecha.
Paso 3: PARA EL CERDO:
Paso 4: CALIENTA un sartén con un poco aceite y sofríe la cebolla finamente picada y el ajo rallado, apenas estén dorados agrega la carne de cerdo picada en cuadros pequeños, déjalo azar bien y agregar una pisca de achiote, sal y pimienta.
Paso 5: GUACAMOLE:
Paso 6: MEZCLA los aguacates con sal, pimienta y un toque de vinagre.
Paso 7: ARMADO DEL BURRITO:
Paso 8: EXTIENDE las tortillas de harina, agrega mayonesa de manera que cubra muy bien la tortilla, pon dos lonchitas de queso mozzarella, agrega sobre cada una la lechuga en julianas, el tomate en cuadritos, la cebolla finamente picada, el pollo y la carne.
Paso 9: ENRROLLA de manera que quede bien cerrado.
