Ensalada de la huerta
Ingredientes
3 variedades de lechugas (crespa morada, rúgula y romana)
200 grs. de tomate cherry partidos en mitad
1 rama de cebolla puerro
100 grs. de almendras tostadas
1 frasco de aceitunas negras
1 cebolla roja en julianas
Aceite de oliva
1 copa de jugo de naranja
1 copa de vinagre de vino
2 cucharadas de miel
1 pechuga de pollo
1 copita de zumo de limón
1 copita de tequila
Preparación
Paso 1: MEZCLA el jugo de naranja, el vinagre de vino, la miel y el aceite de oliva para la vinagreta.
Paso 2: PARTE las lechugas con la mano y agregar la vinagreta. Parte la cebolla puerro en julianas, fríelas en abundante aceite y reserva.
Paso 3: AGREGA a la lechuga las aceitunas, las almendras, la cebolla roja, el tomate cherry y por último la cebolla puerro.
Paso 4: SELLA la pechuga en un poco de aceite de oliva, adiciona la copita de limón y deja reducir a la mitad. A fuego alto, adiciona el tequila y flamea. Parte en julianas e incorpora a la ensalada.
