Cerdo en salsa de tamarindo
Ingredientes
1 1 lomito de cerdo
1 1 pocillo de pulpa de tamarindo
1 1 cebolla roja
1 2 dientes de ajo
1 6 láminas de arroz
1 Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 4 cucharadas de salsa soya o teriyaki
1 4 hojas de cada variedad de lechugas
1 6 hojas de rúgula
1 1 zanahoria en hilos
1 1 cucharadita de fécula de maíz
Preparación
Paso 1: SELLA la carne en una sartén con sal y un diente de ajo. Lleva al horno de 15 a 20 minutos hasta cocinar.
Paso 2: SALETA el ajo y la cebolla en la sartén donde se selló la carne, agrega la pulpa de tamarindo, deja reducir y al final pon la salsa soya. Espesa con un poco con fécula.
Paso 3: PASA las láminas de arroz por agua durante 5 minutos. Seca entre dos telas de algodón.
Paso 4: ARMA rollitos con la lechuga, tiras de zanahoria, rúgula, la carne cortada en tiras finas y enrolla.
