Champiñón crimini en salsa de quesos
Ingredientes
10 unidades de champiñón Crimini
4 cucharadas de salsa bechamel
2 cucharadas de crema de leche
2 cucharadas de queso crema
2 cucharadas de queso cheddar
Queso parmesano
Sal y pimienta al gusto
PARA LA SALSA BECHAMEL:
1 taza de leche
½ cebolla blanca finamente picada
Tomillo
Laurel
Nuez moscada
3 cucharas de harina de trigo
30 grs. de mantequilla
Preparación
Paso 1: PON en una sartén la mantequilla con la cebolla y sofríe un poco.
Paso 2: HIERVE la leche con las especias para extraer sus aromas, agrega la cebolla y baja a fuego lento, incorpora la harina y revuelve hasta homogenizar.
Paso 3: LUEGO de tener la salsa bechamel en su punto de cocción, incorpora la crema de leche, el queso crema y el queso cheddar.
Paso 4: HIDRATA los champiñones con un poco de aceite, el cual puedes aromatizar con ajo finamente picado. Lleva las setas a la parrilla durante unos 8 minutos y cuando logren su punto retíralas.
Paso 5: INCORPORA los champiñones con la salsa de queso, espolvorea con queso parmesano y sirve caliente.
