Helado frito
Ingredientes
¼ taza de leche
2 rebanadas de pan
1 huevo
½ taza de harina
½ taza de agua
Helados Sinfonia
Irresistibles Postres
Aceite para freír –cantidad necesaria
Papel aluminio –cantidad necesaria
Salsa de chocolate –cantidad necesaria
Ralladura de limón –cantidad necesaria
1 bola de Helado de Cookies and Cream Sinfonía
Para 1 porción
Preparación
Paso 1: PREPARACIÓN
Paso 2: PREPARA una bola de helado y llévala al congelador por lo menos dos horas antes de freír, para asegurarte de que esté bien compacta.
Paso 3: RETIRA los bordes de las dos rebanadas de pan y envuelve con ellas la bola de helado. Sella bien untando los bordes con un poco de leche. Luego envuelve el pan con helado en papel aluminio y lleva nuevamente al congelador.
Paso 4: MEZCLA el huevo con la harina, el agua y la leche. Retira nuevamente el helado del congelador y quita el papel aluminio.
Paso 5: REBOSA la bola de helado envuelta en pan, en la mezcla.
Paso 6: CALIENTA aceite en una olla y sumerge las bolas de helado hasta que se doren.
Paso 7: SIRVE inmediatamente y decora con salsa de caramelo o chocolate rallado y la ralladura de limón.
