12 tortillas de maíz
10 jalapeños
4 dientes de ajo
4 cucharadas de mostaza
½ pocillo de salsa negra
1 cucharada de mantequilla
2 cebollas
4 cucharadas de aceite
Guacamole
Sal y pimienta
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA un sartén a fuego alto por un minuto, agrega los jalapeños sin semilla cortados en julianas y ásalos por dos minutos moviéndolos constantemente.
Paso 2: AGREGA el aceite y la mantequilla, luego incorpora el ajo rallado, la cebolla en julianas, la salsa negra y la mostaza, mezcla bien y cocina por 3 minutos a fuego medio.
Paso 3: SIRVE y acompaña con las tortillas y el guacamole.
