Conchitas en salsa golf con pollo
Ingredientes
500 gr de conchitas
6 tomates
500 gr de conchitas de pasta
1 cucharada de pasta de tomate
1 pechuga de pollo
1 cucharada de garam masala
2 cucharadas de crema de leche
Parmesano rallado
1 ajo
1 cebolla
1 zanahoria
1 apio
Laurel, orégano y tomillo
Azúcar
Aceite de oliva
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
Preparación
Paso 1: CORTAR la pechuga deshuesada en dados, marinar con el garam masala y aceite de oliva. Llevar a la nevera por unos minutos.
Paso 2: HERVIR agua con zanahoria, cascaras de cebolla, apio, laurel, orégano, tomillo, hueso de pollo y dejar por un rato.
Paso 3: SACAR el hueso de pollo y agregar la pasta dejar unos 8 min aprox hasta que esté al dente.
Paso 4: HACER choque térmico a la pasta y reservar.
Paso 5: SALTEAR en una sartén el ajo finamente picado, la cebolla con mantequilla y el aceite hasta que doren.
Paso 6: AGREGAR los tomates rallados y la pasta de tomate, dejar en fuego bajo sazonar con sal y pimienta y agregar un poco del fondo con el que cocimos la pasta y agregar la crema de leche. Verificar sabores y agregar un poco de orégano para mezclar las conchas
Paso 7: SALTEAR el pollo y reservar. Servir poniendo en espejo primero las conchas y luego el pollo y al finalizar agregar el queso parmesano.
