Chips de zanahoria
Ingredientes
2 zanahorias grandes peladas
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de sal
Pimienta negra molida
Para acompañar
Salsa ranch
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA el horno a 170ºC y acondiciónalo con 2 rejillas.
Paso 2: TAJA las zanahorias con una mandolina o pelador de papa y mézclalas con el aceite de oliva, la sal y la pimienta al gusto hasta que estén completamente cubiertas.
Paso 3: UBICA las tajadas sobre una lata, cuidando de no poner una encima de otra y ásalas por 6 minutos, intercambia las latas de lugar y déjalas unos 6 minutos más. Hasta que los bordes estén dorados.
Paso 4: RETIRA las tajadas del horno y espera a que se enfríen. Sirve con salsa ranch.
