Salmón Wellington
Ingredientes
1 rollo de pasta de hojaldre
4 cdas de pesto
600 gr de filete de salmón sin piel
1/3 de taza de jugo de limón
1 huevo batido
1 cda de semillas de amapola
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA el horno a 350°F (177°C).
Paso 2: PON papel mantequilla en una bandeja de hornear.
Paso 3: CORTA la pasta de hojaldre en cuatro cuadrados.
Paso 4: PON dos cucharadas de pesto en el centro de cada cuadrado de hojaldre.
Paso 5: SAZONA los filetes de salmón con sal, pimienta y limón. Pon cada filete con la parte superior boca abajo, tocando el pesto, humedece con huevo los bordes y dóblalos formando un paquete y con la ayuda de un tenedor pincha los bordes.
Paso 6: PON un poco de huevo sobre la parte superior y coloca los paquetes sobre la bandeja de hornear. Mete los filetes y hornea de 20 a 25 minutos.
