Torta crocante de nueces y chocolate
Ingredientes
16 galletas dulces (Sultana)
100 gr de nueces partidas
100 gr de pistacho
1 frasco de cerezas partidas a la mitad
20 merengues triturados
150 gr de mantequilla sin sal
1 cucharada de miel de maple
200 gr de chocolate semiamargo
RINDE 20 PORCIONES
Preparación
Paso 1: PARTE las galletas en partes pequeñas y ubícalas en un recipiente grande, adiciona las nueces, los pistachos y las cerezas, revuelve.
Paso 2: Aparte mezcla los otros ingredientes y lleva al microondas hasta que el chocolate y la mantequilla se derritan.
Paso 3: MEZCLA la preparación de las galletas con la del chocolate y revuelve bien para incorporar sobre un molde alto cubierto con papel parafinado de tal manera que sobre papel por todos los bordes, estos luego te ayudarán a desmoldar.
Paso 4: LLEVA a la nevera y una vez firme al tacto parte en tajadas.
