Crepe suzette
Ingredientes
300 gr. de harina
4 huevos
50 gr. de mantequilla
1 copa de licor de naranja
1 copa de brandy
1 naranja
1 limón
250 cc. de leche
PARA LA SALSA:
Azúcar
Cáscara de naranja
Cáscara de limón
Preparación
Paso 1: PARA LA SALSA:
Paso 2: LLEVA al fuego el azúcar con las cáscaras y deja caramelizar. Antes de que se caramelice completamente agrega jugo de media naranja y jugo de medio limón y deja reducir.
Paso 3: RETIRA las cáscaras.
Paso 4: PARA LA MEZCLA DE CREPES:
Paso 5: MEZCLA 3 huevos, harina y sal, revuelve y luego añade leche. Sirve en una sartén con mantequilla a fuego medio 1 cucharón de la mezcla.
Paso 6: SUMERGE cada crepe en la salsa y agrega un poco de licor de naranja, dóblalo a la mitad y luego otra vez a la mitad y ve dejando cada uno en la sartén.
Paso 7: AGREGA más licor de naranja y flamea.
Paso 8: SIRVE decorando el plato con un poco de crema chantillí.
