Crumble de fresa
Ingredientes
750 gr de fresas (preferiblemente maduras)
120 gr de harina de trigo
60 gr de cereal neutro
70 gr de mantequilla (fría)
60 gr de azúcar pulverizada
Ralladura de la cáscara limón y de naranja al gusto
Preparación
Paso 1: CORTAR las fresas por la mitad o en cuartos si son muy grandes.
Paso 2: PRECALENTAR el horno durante 10 minutos a 180ºC.
Paso 3: MEZCLAR en un bowl la harina con el cereal y el azúcar, con ayuda de una cuchara.
Paso 4: INCORPORARA la mantequilla en trozos (debe estar recién sacada de la nevera), amasar todo con los dedos, intentando que el resultado sea una especie de “migas “, con los ingredientes bien mezclados entre sí.
Paso 5: ENGRASAR un molde de horno y añadir las fresas, que formen una base más o menos compacta.
Paso 6: ESPARCIR la ralladura de limón o naranja por encima de las fresas. Añade las migas del crumble de forma que cubran totalmente las fresas.
Paso 7: HORNEA durante 20 minutos, hasta que la superficie esté ligeramente dorada.
Paso 8: Saca del horno y déjalo reposar al menos 10 minutos para que se temple.
Paso 9: Servir caliente. Y decorar con más fresas y rociar azúcar.
