Ensalada de rúgula con vinagreta de jengibre
Ingredientes
1/2 taza de jengibres picados
1 bandeja de rúgula
1/2 calabacín cortado en rodajas delgadas
1/2 taza de croutones
PARA LA VINAGRETA:
1/2 taza de aceite de oliva. 1/3 taza de vinagre de manzana. 1 cucharada de jengibre finamente picado. 1 diente de ajo finamente picado. 1 cucharada de vinagre de arroz
Preparación
Paso 1: MEZCLA lechuga y la rúgula previamente picada, con el calabacín.
Paso 2: PARA LA VINAGRETA:
MEZCLA el vinagre de manzana con el aceite de oliva y una cucharadita de vinagre de arroz y agrégale el jengibre. AGRÉGALE un poco de vinagreta a los vegetales. EMPLATA y decora con los croutones.
