1 sandía pequeña
1 sobre de gelatina de cereza
1 taza de agua caliente
1 taza de agua fría o su equivalente en hielos
Fresas
Carambolo

Preparación
Paso 1: HAZ un pequeño corte en un extremo de la sandía para darle firmeza, y otro mayor en el otro extremo, por el que vas a extraer su contenido. Esta pulpa de sandía la guardamos, porque con ella luego podemos preparar un delicioso sorbete.
Paso 2: PREPARA la gelatina de cereza y llévala unos 40 minutos a la nevera para que tome consistencia, pasado este tiempo mezcla las frutas con la gelatina, revuélvelas y espera a que cuaje. Luego llena el interior de la sandía con la mezcla.
Paso 3: DECORA con fresas y carambolos y conserva en la nevera.
