Mousse de lulo
Ingredientes
400 gr de leche condensada
800 gr de pulpa de fruta de lulo
400 gr de crema de leche entera fría
10 gr de gelatina sin sabor
50 ml de leche o agua para hidratar la gelatina
3 claras de huevos
60 gr de azúcar refinada
Salsa inglesa para acompañar y decorar
Preparación
Paso 1: HIDRATA la gelatina sin sabor con la leche fría, disuelve y deja reposar por 5 minutos aproximadamente para que esta se hidrate.
Paso 2: Luego llévala al microondas o a baño maría hasta disolverse.
Paso 3: INTEGRA en un tazón la leche condensada y la pulpa de fruta con un batidor y poco a poco agrega la gelatina sin sabor ya disuelta.
Paso 4: MONTA aparte la crema de leche con batidora hasta que forme picos y agrega la mezcla anterior incorporando muy bien. Por otro lado se montan las claras a la nieve y poco a poco se le agrega el azúcar (60 gr). Cuando estas están montadas, se agregan de a poco y con espátula en forma envolvente a la mezcla anterior (mezcla de la pulpa con la crema).
Paso 5: REFRIGERA mínimo por 2 horas. Acompaña con la salsa inglesa.
