Kani Tan
Ingredientes
PARA EL RELLENO:
250 gr de pulpa de cangrejo
100 gr de queso crema
10 gr de semillas de ajonjolí
30 gr de jengibre rallado
30 gr de pasta de ajo
1 cucharada de aceite de ajonjolí
8 láminas de masa para spring roll
500 ml de aceite vegetal
PARA LA SALSA:
60 gr de miso
20 gr de queso crema
5 cucharadas de vino blanco
½ taza de jugo de maracuyá
3 cucharadas de azúcar
Preparación
Paso 1: EL RELLENO:
Paso 2: MEZCLA todos los ingredientes y llévalos a la nevera durante 2 horas.
Paso 3: CORTA la masa en 4 tiras iguales. Utiliza 2 tiras para cada kani tan, envuelve en forma de cuadrado y cubre toda la masa.
Paso 4: PON a calentar aceite vegetal en un sartén. Cuando esté a temperatura ideal fríe los kani tan. Reserva.
Paso 5: LA SALSA:
Paso 6: CALIENTA en una olla pequeña maracuyá y vino blanco, luego agrega azúcar, hierve durante 3 minutos, adiciona miso, queso crema y deja que reduzca hasta que tome textura de salsa.
Paso 7: MONTAJE:
Paso 8: COLOCA en un plato 4 kani tan y en medio la salsa.
