Ingredientes
1 sobre de gelatina de cereza
1 sobre de gelatina de Mora azul
200 gr. de crema de leche
2 tazas de agua hirviendo; dividida
2 tazas de agua fría; dividida. O su equivalente en hielos
½ taza de azúcar
Palitos de madera
Preparación
Paso 1: PREPARA la gelatina de mora azul, mezclando el contenido del sobre con el agua caliente y el agua fría o los hielos.
Paso 2: LLENA con la gelatina de mora azul un tercio del molde de las paletas, para asegurarte que el palito quede en el centro del molde, recubre el recipiente con vinilpel y luego haz un agujero, entonces llevas las paletas a la nevera durante una hora o hasta que la gelatina esté consistente.
Paso 3: AÑADE la crema de leche hasta el segundo tercio y llévala a la nevera por una hora más, cuando la crema de leche endurezca, haz el mismo procedimiento con la gelatina de cereza.
