Parfait de frutos tropicales
Ingredientes
1 vasito de yogurt de piña o frutos tropicales
2 cucharadas de miel
Ralladura de limón
Jugo de jengibre
Granola
Piña, banano y papaya partidos en cubos
Menta fresca
1 limón
Preparación
Paso 1: Mezclamos el jugo de jengibre con la miel y el limón rallado y la dejamos reposar para que los sabores se integren.
Paso 2: Ponemos en el vaso una base de frutas variadas, luego bañamos las frutas con la mezcla de jengibre y miel, luego le ponemos yogurt, luego una capa de granola, otra capa de frutas y la mezcla de jengibre y miel, luego más yogurt, granola y frutas para terminar con el toque de jengibre y miel.
Paso 3: Decoramos con unas hojas de menta y unos trozos de fruta.
