Pasta al limón
Ingredientes
3.500 g de pasta
1.000 g de zuchini verde
1.000 g de zuchini amarillo
1.200 g de champiñones
1.200 g de tomate cherry
1.500 g de pollo (pechuga)
30 oz de zumo de limón
200 g de mantequilla de ajo
15 g de albahaca
1.600 g de parmesano
525 g de pan francés
40 oz de vino blanco
Preparación
Paso 1: AGREGA los champiñones en una sartén y adicionale el vino blanco y la mantequilla de ajo.
Paso 2: LLEVA el pollo y las berenjenas a asar y luego mézclalos con los champiñones; agrega los zuquinis verde y amarillos y saltea durante 4 minutos. Adiciona sal y pimienta al gusto.
Paso 3: CORTA el tomate cherry en láminas e incorpora con la mezcla anterior.
Paso 4: PARTE el pollo en cuadritos, pero reserva una parte para el emplatado.
Paso 5: MEZCLA los cuadritos de pollo con los vegetales salteados y agrega una parte del zumo de limón.
Paso 6: CALIENTA un poco la crema de leche y agrégala a la mezcla de vegetales. Adiciona sal y pimienta.
Paso 7: CUANDO la mezcla esté entrando a hervor, le agraegas la pasta previamente cocida y al dente.
Paso 8: AGREGA la albahaca dos minutos antes de retirar del fuego.
