Risotto funji
Ingredientes
1 K Arroz arbóreo (Arroz de sushi)
3 Lt Fondo de verduras y/o pollo
1 Cebolla roja
2 Ajos
80 gr Tomate cherry
60 cc Aceite de oliva
100 ml Vino blanco
500 gr Mix de hongos (shiitake , portoblello, girgolas, porcinis y champiñones)
250 gr Mantequilla sin sal
200 gr Queso parmesano
50 gr Albahaca fresca
Pimienta negra
Albahaca fresca
sal
Preparación
Paso 1: REHOGAR la cebolla, el ajo y tomate, con aceite de oliva y mantequilla hasta que se vea translucida.
Paso 2: DESGLASAR con vino Blanco.
Paso 3: INCORPORAR el arroz y revolver bien para nacarar el grano.
Cuando el arroz cambie su color, incorporamos el fondo de verduras hirviendo de poco a poco.
Paso 4: ADICIONAR el mix de hongos y tomates cherrys en mitades.
Paso 5: REVOLVER hasta que el arroz tenga la textura de risotto
Paso 6: AGREGAR la mantequilla sin sal para darle el toque de cremosidad y brillo requerido.
Terminar con hojas de albahaca fresca y Emplatar.
