Róbalo en salsa de quesos
Ingredientes
300 gr de filete de róbalo
25 gr de salsa bechamel
½ pocillo de leche
½ pocillo de agua
100 gr de cebolla puerro
5 gr de laurel seco
1 ½ y cucharada de queso crema
1 ½ y cucharada de queso chedar
cucharada de maní salado
Preparación
Paso 1: PON el filete de róbalo en la plancha al calor, hasta que esté en su punto de cocción.
Paso 2: PON en un sartén el agua y la leche, agrega la mezcla para la salsa bechamel, el queso crema y el chedar, revuélve bien y agrega la cebolla puerro y el laurel.
Paso 3: AGRÉGALE el maní picado a la salsa de queso.
Paso 4: SIRVE el filete, báñalo con la salsa y espólvorealo con maní.
