Roulade de pollo
Ingredientes
4 huevos
1 cucharada de miel
4 cucharadas de azúcar
4 cucharadas de harina leudante
Papel parafinado
PARA EL RELLENO:
2 tazas de pollo cocido o a la plancha, picado o molido
2 cucharadas de alcaparras picadas
1/2 taza de zanahoria cocida y picada finamente
1/2 taza de habichuelas picadas y cocidas
Mayonesa necesaria para humedecer el guiso
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA el horno a 150 grados centígrados.
Paso 2: BATE los huevos con la miel y el azúcar.
Paso 3: RETIRA de la batidora para cernir la harina por etapas con movimientos envolventes y vaciala en un molde para horno forrado en papel parafinado.
Paso 4: LLÉVALA al horno a 375 grados hasta que se vea dorado y desprendido de los lados.
Paso 5: EN un trapo seco pones un poco de harina.
Paso 6: AGRÉGALE al pollo, las habichuelas, alcaparras, zanahoria y mayonesa.
Paso 7: CON la masa lista sobre el trapo, enrolla y llévalo al refrigerador.
Paso 8: AGREGA la mezcla de pollo en la masa, esparciéndola muy bien. Y enrrolla nuevamente.
