Ensalada con galletas de parmesano y salsa italiana
Ingredientes
2 variedades de lechuga
Galletas de queso parmesano
Aguacate
Jamón en julianas
PARA LA SALSA:
1 tomate mediano partido a la mitad
1 cucharada de vinagre de vino rojo
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
2 cucharadas de mostaza dijo
1 pizca de azúcar
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extravirgen
½ diente de ajo finamente picado
1 pizca de orégano (seco)
1 pizca de albahaca (seca)
Sal
Pimienta Molida
¼ taza de agua
Preparación
Paso 1: MEZCLA las lechugas, el aguacate y el jamón.
Paso 2: HAZ las galletas de parmesano en una lata, poniendo montoncitos de queso y llevándolas al horno a 200ºC.
Paso 3: RALLA el tomate por el lado de la fruta, desecha la piel y mezcla un cuarto de taza de agua con el resto de los ingredientes.
Paso 4: VIERTE primero en el molde o plato la salsa, luego las lechugas con el tomate y el jamón, y revuelve hasta que se impregnen los ingredientes. Así las lechugas no se marchitan y conservan su color y frescura.
Paso 5: Luego adiciona la mostaza a la salsa y por último las galletas de parmesano.
