Blinis de salmón ahumado
Ingredientes
5 grs. de levadura seca instantánea
200 mls. de leche
330 grs. de harina de panadería
4 yemas de huevo
200 mls. de crema de leche
2 claras batidas a nieve
1 pizca de sal
Crema agria al gusto
Preparación
Paso 1: MEZCLA la levadura instantánea con la harina y la sal, incorpora la leche y revuelve bien.
Paso 2: AGREGA las yemas y la mitad de la crema de leche; deja leudar por 2 horas aproximadamente, agrega las claras batidas y el resto de la crema de leche.
Paso 3: COCINA en una sartén de hierro grueso, como si fueran crepes o utiliza moldes para blinis y cocinar en el horno. El grosor de cada uno debe ser de unos 8 mm.
Paso 4: SIRVE los blinis calientes, cubre con salmón ahumado frío (30 grs. por porción) y baña con crema agria tibia.
