Salsa pomodoro
Ingredientes
1 kilo de tomates maduros con cáscara puede ser chonto
150 gr de cebolla roja
50 gr de ajo
1 pimentón
Tomillo
Laurel
Romero
Sal
Pimienta
Azúcar
Preparación
Paso 1: SOASA en una olla a fuego alto los tomates previamente lavados, el pimentón sin semillas, la cebolla en cuartos y el ajo por 10 minutos aproximadamente.
Paso 2: PON el fuego a medio-bajo cuando suelten sus propios jugos durante 40 minutos más.
Paso 3: AROMATIZA con el tomillo, el laurel, el romero, la sal y el azúcar.
Paso 4: LICÚA, tamiza y sirve.
Paso 5: USOS: Para bañar pastas, bases de pizza y armar lasañas. Se puede refrigerar durante aproximadamente un mes.
