Deditos de pollo a la parmesana
Ingredientes
1/3 de taza de queso parmesano rallado
1 cucharada de pimienta molida
½ taza de polvo de bizcocho
1 libra de filete de pechuga de pollo; en deditos de 2 cm
½ taza de salsa bbq o miel mostaza
Preparación
Paso 1: MEZCLA la pimienta molida con el polvo de bizcocho y la sal asegurando su completa fusión y lleva en una bolsa.
Paso 2: HUMEDECE con un poco de agua cada filete de pollo y ponlo uno a uno en la bolsa con la preparación del polvo de bizcocho, una vez dentro sacude la bolsa para asegurar la completa cobertura de los filetes.
Paso 3: RETIRA los filetes de pollo y ponlos en una bandeja para hornear, agrega un poco de aceite de oliva, luego el queso parmesano. Llévalos al horno a 250ºC por 15 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
Paso 4: SIRVE acompañando con salsa barbecue o miel mostaza.
