Tilapia en mojo verde con papas al horno
Ingredientes
2 filetes de tilapia Vitamar
100 gr de espinaca bogotana
8 hojas de hierbabuena
Aceite de girasol
6 dientes de ajo
Papas horneadas
Preparación
Paso 1: Para el mojo:
BLANQUEA la espinaca y la hierbabuena en agua hirviendo por 5 segundos, luego dale un choque térmico con agua helada, después licua junto con el ajo y el aceite.
CORRIGE el sabor con sal y pimienta.
Paso 2: Para la tilapia:
DORALA en un poco de mantequilla por ambas caras.
ACOMPAÑA con el mojo y las papas horneadas.
