Tomates al horno con tocino ahumado y hash browns
Ingredientes
PARA LOS TOMATES:
15 tomates cherry partidos a la mitad
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 cucharadita de azúcar morena
1 cucharada de tomillo fresco picado
1 cucharada de orégano fresco picado
PARA LOS HASH BROWNS
½ taza de aceite vegetal
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
1 cebolla blanca finamente picada
1 ½ libra de papas sabaneras cortadas en cubos pequeños precocidas en agua
Tocino ahumado al gusto
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTE el horno a 180º C. En una lata para horno pon los tomates en mitades, engrasa con aceite de oliva y añade sal, pimienta, azúcar morena y las hierbas aromáticas. Hornea por 20 minutos.
Paso 2: CALIENTA el aceite y la mantequilla en una sartén mediana. Dora las cebollas hasta que estén transparentes. Añade las papas precocidas y escurridas. Dora bien.
Paso 3: PON a tostar el tocino ahumado en una sartén o en el microondas. Ubica en una bandeja los tomates intercalados con las papas y el tocino. Hornea de 15 a 20 minutos.
