Torta de chocolate con pretzels y sal de mar
Ingredientes
200 gr de chocolate al 65% / 45 %
200 gr de crema de leche
3 yemas de huevo
25 gr de pretzels
Sal de mar
Preparación
Paso 1: DERRITE el chocolate en un bowl a baño maría. Calienta la crema de leche y mezcla con el chocolate derretido. Reservar.
Paso 2: MEZCLA las yemas con una cucharada y media de agua sobre el baño maría y bate hasta que cambien de color y doblen su tamaño. Mezcla con el chocolate, batiendo hasta que se enfríen.
Paso 3: VIERTE en un molde de 7 por 28 cm o en uno cuadrado previamente protegido por papel encerado. Antes de servir, pon los pretzels y la sal de mar.
Paso 4: Sugerencia: Corta con un cuchillo pasado por agua caliente.
