Dulce de leche
Queso brie
Agua
Aceite caliente
Salsa agridulce
PARA LA SALSA AGRIDULCE:
1 ibra de ciruelas maduras
150 ml. de jugo de naranja
1 pizca de canela en polvo
1 pizca de clavo molido
1 cucharada de azúcar morena
1 cucharadita de brandy (opcional)
Preparación
Paso 1: UBICA en el centro de una lámina de wonton un poco de dulce de leche y un poco de queso brie, barnizar los bordes con un poco de agua y llevar los extremos hacia el centro para formar un paquetico.
Paso 2: FRÍE en aceite caliente hasta que doren un poco, escurre sobre papel toalla, sirve con salsa agridulce.
Paso 3: COLOCA las ciruelas sin semilla en un recipiente con el jugo de naranja, la canela y los clavos, lleva a ebullición a fuego lento hasta que la fruta esté cocida.
Paso 4: RETIRA, pasa por un tamiz, agrega el azúcar, revisa el sabor, agrega el brandy y sirve caliente.
