Zucchini salteado
Ingredientes
1 diente de ajo
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extravirgen
1 zuchinni cortado en palitos de 4 cm de largo
1 cucharada de ají en escamas
2 cucharadas de queso parmesano rallado
Pimienta negra molida
Sal
Preparación
Paso 1: PELA el ajo utilizando la parte plana de tu cuchillo y haciendo presión sobre él con la palma de tu mano, la cáscara se soltará inmediatamente, retírala y deséchala.
Paso 2: LLEVA el ajo y el ají en escamas a una sartén a fuego medio bajo con el aceite de oliva y revuelve ocasionalmente cuando el ajo se empieza a soltar su aroma y se ponga dorado retíralo (lo puedes guardar para otro uso) y agrega el zucchini mezclándolo hasta que quede cubierto de aceite y deja que se dore sin revolver por 1 minuto.
Paso 3: REVUELVE nuevamente y deja cocinar hasta que se sienta crujiente, aproximadamente dos minuto más.
Paso 4: RETIRA la sartén del fuego.
Paso 5: SIRVE espolvorea queso parmesano por encima y agrega sal y pimienta.
