Cheesecake brownie
Ingredientes
PARA LA MEZCLA DE BROWNIE:
150 g de Mantequilla
1 y ¼ tazas (275g) de azúcar morena
¾ taza (75g) de cocoa
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
3 huevos.
½ taza (75g) de harina
1 taza de chips de chocolate
Tris de sal
PARA LA MEZCLA DEL CHEESECAKE:
200 gr de queso crema
¼ de azúcar
1 huevo
¼ cucharadita de esencia de almendra
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA el horno a 160°C (325°F).
Paso 2: LLEVA en una olla a fuego bajo (o baño maría) la mantequilla, el azúcar y la cocoa y revuelve hasta que la mantequilla se derrita y se unan los ingredientes.
Paso 3: VACÍA la mezcla en un tazón, añade los huevos y la vainilla revolviendo bien.
Paso 4: TAMIZA la harina sobre la mezcla e integra con espátula.
Paso 5: PARA LA MEZCLA DEL CHEESECAKE:
Paso 6: INTEGRA en un tazón todos los ingredientes con ayuda de un batidor de globo.
Paso 7: PON las mezclas dentro de un molde; primero la de brownie y luego la de cheesecake; con ayuda de una palita o cuchillo haz que se mezclen para lograr el efecto marmoleado.
Paso 8: CUBRE el molde con papel de hornear (parafinado) o engrásalo y cubre con harina.
Paso 9: LLEVA al horno por 30-35 minutos.
Paso 10: DEJA enfriar en el molde; desmolda y corta. Utilizar cortadores con forma de corazón.
