Empanadas chilenas
Ingredientes
250 gr. de carne molida
1 cebolla blanca picada en cuadros
Aceite para freír
1/2 cucharadita de ají
1 huevo duro en láminas
Caldo de res
Agua
Sal
Orégano
Pimienta
Aceitunas negras
Pasas negras
PARA LA MASA:
2 y 1/2 taza de harina
5 gr. de polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharadita de sal
65 gr. de mantequilla derretida
1/2 taza de leche
Preparación
Paso 1: DORA la cebolla en una sartén con el aceite y el caldo.
Paso 2: AGREGA la carne molida y revuelve constantemente para que no se hagan grumos, deja que se enfríe y tápala con papel plástico.
Paso 3: DERRITE la mantequilla en la leche y agrega a la harina, revuelve hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y deja reposar. Una vez la masa esté fría agrega el polvo de hornear y 1 huevo.
Paso 4: EXTIENDE la masa con un rodillo, ayudándote con harina para que no se pegue al mesón, hasta formar un cuadrado de 40x40 cm, luego corta rectángulos por partes iguales.
Paso 5: AGREGA en cada rectángulo la carne y encima las aceitunas, las pasas y el huevo.
Paso 6: ESPARCE con una brocha huevo batido en la mitad del rectángulo y arma las empanadas.
Paso 7: LLÉVALAS a una lata enharinada, báñalas con huevo para darles brillo y luego al horno a 180ºC.
