Focaccia con romero
Ingredientes
2 cebollas blancas
105 gr de aceite de oliva
7.5 gr de levadura instantánea
5 gr de azúcar
360 gr de agua tibia
3 gr de sal
700 gr de harina
10 gr de romero fresco
Fécula de maíz
Sal gruesa
Bolsa plástica
Preparación
Paso 1: MEZCLA la harina, la levadura, el azúcar, la sal y el agua. Forma una masa elástica y brillante.
Paso 2: RIEGA harina en una superficie plana y pon la masa. Mezcla con más harina hasta que al despegarse de las manos quede un poco impregnada.
Paso 3: ENGRASA la masa y fragméntala en un tazón tapada con la bolsa plástica. Deja que tenga el doble de su tamaño y estará lista cuando al hacer una perforación ésta permanezca.
Paso 4: DESMOLDA, aplana y agrega las cebollas, el romero y el aceite de oliva.
