Gelatina de fresa y limón en melón
Ingredientes
1 melón
1 sobre de gelatina de fresa
1 sobre de gelatina de limón
1 taza de agua caliente; dividida
1 taza de agua fría; dividida, o su equivalente en hielo
PARA DECORAR:
Limón
Carambolo
Cerezas
Preparación
Paso 1: PARTE el melón por la mitad y a las mitades les haces un pequeño corte en la parte inferior para darle estabilidad en el plato. Luego extrae su pulpa con un sacabocados.
Paso 2: PREPARA la gelatina mezclándola con el agua fría, o hielos, y el agua caliente. Una vez lista, llena el melón con la gelatina y la llevas a la nevera hasta que esté consistente.
Paso 3: DECORA con el limón, el carambolo y las cerezas.
