Hoy chi min soup
Ingredientes
10 grs de cebolla blanca
10 grs de celery
5 grs de castañas de agua
2 grs de ajo
2 4 grs de cilantro fresco
10 grs de repollo chino
10 grs de habichuelas
2 unidades de mejillones
15 grs de camarones
1 unidad de langostino 21-25
10 grs de fideos celofán
3 grs de pasta de tomate
5 grs de hondashi
2 ml de aceite de ajonjolí
1 grs de sriracha
Preparación
Paso 1: PARA LA SOPA:
SOFREÍR en una olla la cebolla y el ajo con el aceite de ajonjolí, luego agregar el apio,
las castañas de agua, el repollo chino, las habichuelas, previamente picadas en julianas
diagonales y mezclar, añadir agua y el hondashi, colocar los mejillones, los camarones,
un toque de Sriracha corregir de sabor, agregarle la pasta de tomate, mezclar.
Paso 2: PARA LOS FIDEOS:
En una olla con agua caliente, cocinar los fideos, una vez listos reservar.
Paso 3: PARA EL MONTAJE:
AGREGAR los fideos a la olla de la sopa, el langostino y el cilantro picado,
llevar a punto de ebullición.
SERVIR en un plato hondo agregando luego un poco más de cilantro picado
en la parte superior de la sopa.
