Pastas Pomodoro
Ingredientes
2 dientes de ajo finamente picados
Salsa de chile rojo
1 manojo de albahaca
1 paquete de spagetti
Aceite de oliva
1 lata de tomates rojos
1/2 paquete de queso parmesano
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Preparación
Paso 1: COMIENZA por pelar los tomates (si no los tienes en lata) y sácales la semilla.
AL manojo de albahaca sepárale los tallos de las hojas y pica los tallos finamente.
Paso 2: PON en un sartén el aceite de oliva y llevalo al calor, cuando está calinte agrégale el ajo, los tallos de la albahaca, luego los tomates, espera que se caliente y por último agrega las hojas de albahaca y el pique.
Paso 3: DEJALOS un momento a fuego medio.
Paso 4: En una olla, pon la pasta con agua, sal y aceite de oliva y espera que esté al dente.
Paso 5: MEZCLA la pasta con la salsa rapidamente para que no se pase el punto.
Paso 6: ADICIONA pimienta y sal al gusto.
Paso 7: EMPLATA y sirve con queso parmesano, pan francés y hojas de albahaca.
