Salmón en rollitos con aguacate
Ingredientes
250 grs. de salmón fresco
2 aguacates maduros y firmes
1 limón
1 cebolla blanca
½ manojo de perejil liso
Sal y pimienta al gusto
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cebolla puerro
2 cucharadas de ajonjolí negro
1 cucharadita de pasta de ajo
1 pepino cohombro
Preparación
Paso 1: CORTA el salmón en láminas delgadas, marina con sal, pimienta, ajo y aceite de oliva. Luego corta el aguacate en cuadritos muy finos, agrega limón, sal y pimienta.
Paso 2: CORTA la cebolla muy finamente e integra al aguacate. Pela el pepino en láminas muy delgaditas del mismo largo.
Paso 3: PON las láminas de pepino, encima las láminas del salmón y por último el aguacate en el centro.
Paso 4: ENROLLA y ata con una cinta de cebolla puerro. Utiliza ajonjolí negro y perejil para decorar.
