Sandía rellena con frappé de gelatina
Ingredientes
1 sandía grande
La pulpa de la misma sandía
4 paquetes de gelatina de cereza
1 taza de agua caliente
Hielo
Preparación
Paso 1: HAZ un pequeño corte a un extremo de la sandía para darle firmeza y otro más grande en el lado opuesto, de donde vas a extraer la pulpa de la sandía.
Paso 2: LICÚA la pulpa con un poco de agua para hacer un jugo y en un recipiente aparte prepara la gelatina con el agua caliente y los hielos, una vez tengas esta preparación lista la agregas al jugo con la pulpa de la sandía y ésta a su vez la viertes en la sandía.
Paso 3: LLEVA a la nevera hasta que tome consistencia, unas tres horas y sirve.
