Steak a la pimienta
Ingredientes
2 solomitos de 200 gr
2 cucharadas de pimienta negra
Salsa inglesa al gusto
100 gr de mantequilla
Aceite de oliva al gusto
Vino blanco y brandy al gusto
1/2 taza de crema de leche
Preparación
Paso 1: MUELE la pimienta.
Paso 2: VIERTE salsa inglesa y la pimienta molida sobre cada uno de los solomitos, luego pon uno encima de otro y lleva a la nevera por 8 horas.
Paso 3: LLEVA al fuego en una sartén con aceite de oliva y agrega la mantequilla. Una vez sellado cada solomito desecha la salsita en que se cocinó y flamea con brandy.
Paso 4: DESGLASEA o recoge los sabores que se adhirieron a la sartén vertiendo vino tinto y esparando a que se evapore un poco su alcohol, agrega luego la crema de leche.
Paso 5: SIRVE los medallones y vierte por encima la salsa.
