Belusa de pollo y vegetales
Ingredientes
500 g de pasta de hojaldre
1 taza de pechuga de pollo
125 g de pasta de tomate
200 g de champiñones
200 g de queso mozarella
½ taza de albahaca fresca
125 g tocineta
100 g de aceite de oliva
4 cdas de crema de leche
1 huevo
Especias al gusto, romero, perejil
20 g de ajonjolí
Preparación
Paso 1: PRECALIENTA el horno a 350°F – 180°C
Paso 2: DISPÓN la masa de hojaldre a 18 °C - temperatura ambiente, y extiéndela hasta que quede delgada. Engrasa y enharina el molde.
Paso 3: FORRA el molde con la masa y reserva lo que te sobre para decorar haciendo un tejido o red a base de tiras.
Paso 4: CHUZA la base con un tenedor y lleva al horno durante 12 minutos aproximadamente.
Paso 5: SIERVE la pasta de tomate sobre la base de la masa, y se esparce en toda la superficie el pollo desmechado, la tocineta, la crema de leche, los champiñones, la albahaca, el queso mozarella, las especies y el aceite de oliva.
Paso 6: CIERRA la base con el tejido de hojaldre y embola con el huevo. Puedes decorar con ajonjolí o hiervas.
Paso 7: LLÉVALO al horno durante 12 – 15 minutos aproximadamente.
