Cheesecake de cookies and cream
Ingredientes
PARA LA BASE:
350 grs de galletas oreo molidas
120 grs de mantequilla derretida
PARA EL RELLENO:
400 grs de queso crema
400 grs de crema de leche
400 grs de leche condensada
3 paquetes de galletas oreo picadas
300 grs de chocolate blanco
100 grs de crema de leche para el chocolate
15 grs de gelatina sin sabor hidratada en 60 ml de agua fría
PARA LA CHANTILLÍ:
300 grs de crema de leche bien fría
60 grs de azúcar granulada
Preparación
Paso 1: CALIENTA el chocolate con la crema de leche en el microondas durante cuatro minutos, sacála bate hasta que quede una crema suave sin grumos.
Paso 2: BATE muy bien el queso crema con la leche condensada y la mezcla de chocolate.
Paso 3: BATE los 400 gramos de crema de leche a medio punto y se agrega en forma envolvente al resto de la mezcla.
Paso 4: CALIENTA la gelatina sin sabor en el fuego, agrega un poco de la mezcla del cheesecake, espera que caliente bien e incorpora a toda la mezcla batiendo con batidor para evitar que queden grumos.
Paso 5: AGREGA las galletas picadas y pon la mezcla encima de la base de galletas, refrigera hasta que tome consistencia y cubre con chantillí.
Paso 6: PARA LA CHANTILLÍ:
Paso 7: BATE los ingredientes hasta que forme picos consistentes.
