Montaditos de berenjena
Ingredientes
6 tostaditas de pan integral
35 gr de berenjenas (4 rodajas grandes)
Queso parmesano
Salsa pesto
Quinua al curry
PARA APANAR:
Fécula de maíz
Huevo en polvo hidratado en agua
Polvo de biscocho o miga de pan
Preparación
Paso 1: TUESTA las 6 tostaditas de pan en el horno unos 4 minutos.
Paso 2: EMPIEZA poniendo la salsa pesto para que los demás ingredientes no se caigan, pon encima la berenjena y cubrimos con queso parmesano al gusto.
Paso 3: NOTA: Debes tener en cuenta que la berenjena se desagua antes para quitar el amargo. Para esto untas las rodajas con sal, las dejas reposar por 20 minutos y retiras el agua que sueltan.
