Trufas de chocolate con mantequilla de maní
Ingredientes
2 tazas de azúcar triple xxx
1 ½ taza de mantequilla de maní
3 cucharadas de mantequilla
1 libra de chocolate amargo
Preparación
Paso 1: COMBINA azúcar, mantequilla de maní y mantequilla con la batidora, bate hasta que se mezclen. Pasa la mezcla a una manga pastelera y reserva.
Paso 2: DERRITE el chocolate al baño maría y con ayuda de una brocha pequeña o una cuchara pinta los bordes y la base del moldecito, formando una coquita. Ponlo en la nevera y deja enfriar por 10 minutos.
Paso 3: SACA de la nevera y rellena cada moldecito con la crema de maní, luego agrega chocolate derretido encima y déjalo de nuevo dentro de la nevera por 15 minutos más.
